HM-ZD6418G/HM-ZD6418C-G Automatic Rigid Box Machine is suitable to make various big sizepremium boxes’mass production, such as mobile phone boxes, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes,slanting (option),slip case boxes (option), clamshell box（option）etc. Size range is bigger, more suitablefor current packaging market. Machine' appearance is new design which is safer and more beautiful.

HM-ZD6418G/HM-ZD6418C-G adopts PLC and man-machine control, camera tracing system, andcan automatically feed cover paper, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, lift box, , foldcorner edges and wrap box.

The feeder, the gluer and the conveyor are driven by well known servos which have continuouslyvariable transmission, and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and efficiency. The spotting unit adoptscamera tracing system and robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard ,enhancing the spotter accuracy to± 0.05mm, and its spotting and adjusting is more faster. The forming unit employs Japan THK linearslider and virtual electronic cam driving system, guaranteeing the stable quality and fluent movementand enlarge the folding-in depth and corner edges.
